Management Company History
Republic Management Corporation was founded over twenty years ago by Mr. Robert Ullrich. Mr. Ullrich felt, in 1986, that there was a place for a small regional food service management company that had the depth of experience of the large companies. He believed that a smaller firm could operate with a higher degree of professional commitment on a personal basis with clients. To this day, Republic's operations reflect this founding philosophy on a daily basis.
Republic operates in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. We operate ninety-two accounts ranging from small business and industry vending accounts to large corporate dining service locations and private schools. We manage summer camps, conference centers and extensive catering for not only our customers, but for the general public as well.
Our managers possess a wide range of talents to handle virtually any type of food service requirement in any market segment of our industry.
The focus of Republic is to instill a sense of pride and independance within our employees. Our belief is that this feeling of self direction along with professional managerial support will be able to keep us proactive in this rapidly changing industry. We feel that our steady and consistent growth has been a positive testimony to this belief.
